Special Notice from NCEA Organizers - Updated 9/29/05

2006 Annual NCEA Convention and the NPCD Convocation is going to Atlanta, GA, April 18-21, 2006 Due to the devastating effects of Hurricane Katrina and the many challenges that are being faced by NCEA members in the affected areas, the NCEA 103rd Annual Convention is being moved from New Orleans to Atlanta. The dates for the Convention and the NPCD Convocation will remain the same -- April 18-21, 2006.

Our thoughts and prayers remain with the people in New Orleans. New Orleans has a long and proud history and we are confident that as the city rebuilds it will be better than ever. Their challenge now is rebuilding schools and parishes and the NCEA Convention looks forward to returning to New Orleans as soon as they are ready.
