Cancellation Policy
A variety of our lecterns, including but not limited to the Acrylics, Veneers & Solid Hardwood lecterns are custom built, orders are Non‐Cancelable & Non‐Returnable.


Return Policy
Written requests for a Return Authorization must be made within 30 days of receipt. Returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 25% for Lecterns and 25% for Public Address Systems & Accessories.

All Returns require an authorization number. To return a product, please call Customer Service at 1‐800‐267‐5486 for our RA procedure. Please note that a Return Authorization number does not guarantee final disposition.

All returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled‐out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package! We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written‐on or taped‐ on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.

Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the Return Authorization number issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton, not on the product package. Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused.

Please ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid! We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service "Insured." Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight‐collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.


Warranty Information
Many of our electronics carry a 6‐year limited warranty on parts and labor. Please call 800‐267‐5486 for an RA#, which must be placed on OUTSIDE of package.

Merchandise must be sent to manufacturer and will be repaired or replaced at company discretion and shipped back to customer.

Shipping Recommendations for Returns / Repairs
Should your unit need to be shipped back to AmpliVox for returns / repairs, proper packaging is essential so that your product reaches us without being damaged. Whenever possible utilize the original box and packing material when shipping your product, however, if you do not have the original packing materials or if the original packing materials are not reusable, click on the appropriate link to view carrier shipping recommendations from FedEx, UPS, and USPS so your product can reach us in a safe condition. We suggest that you insure your package.

If your returns/repair shipment to AmpliVox is received in damaged condition, AmpliVox will notify the purchaser. The purchaser will need to notify the carrier immediately to initiate a claims inspection. AmpliVox Customer Service will provide assistance, as necessary, to process the claim.


International Shipping
At AmpliVox we specialize in international distribution. For more complete information please contact us (847-498-9000 or email us) from 8am to 5pm (EST) Monday through Friday for assistance with your order.

Because of the complexity of International Shipping all International shipping rates are an estimate and AmpliVox Sound Systems reserves the right to modify shipping charges based on actual cost after the notification and approval of the charges by the customer. You may pay by wire transfer, credit card (US Only) and in some instances L/C. Here are some specifications for each method of payment.

Wire Transfer
Please contact us at 847-498-9000, 847-498-9000 or email (via 'Ask a Question' button above) for details to set up a wire transfer. Include name, order number, company and/or shipping address as reference.

Credit Card: American Express, Visa, MasterCard & Discover
Charge authorization form must be completed and faxed back. Must include copies of:
  1. Two (2) of the following: valid passport, valid drivers license, or valid ID card.
  2. Front and back of credit card (back must have signature).

Be sure to include:
  1. Billing address for credit card for verification.
  2. Bank phone number listed on back side of credit card for verification.
  3. Shipping address.
  4. NO International Credit cards will be accepted.

Certified Bank Check
  1. Check must be in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank.
  2. Check must clear before item ships.

How will the items ship and how much will shipping cost?
We can ship your package via FedEx, or we can ship to your choice of a freight forwarding service. FedEx will generally ship within 2-3 days. Depending on your location, FedEx will ship:
  1. Directly to your door.
  2. To a local FedEx office
  3. To a nearby airport for pickup.

Send us your FedEx account number and we can bill your account. Shipping costs vary greatly from country to country. FedEx provides a shipping calculator on their site for estimates. Our shipping costs are often lower than the estimates.

Freight Forwarder
Freight forwarders are independently operated. Contact them for specific information and quotes.

How much will I pay in tax or duty fees?
United States sales tax will not apply if you have your package shipped via FedEx or with a freight forwarder. Duty charges, import taxes, or value added tax (VAT) might be applicable in your country. Please call your customs office for details.

What about insurance?
All products are shipped FOB Shipping Point. That mean the buyer is responsible for shipping insurance and freight costs. AMPLIVOX cannot accept any liability for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. If you would like to purchase freight insurance please notify your sales specialist at the time of purchasing.


Shipping Damage or Loss Policy
Title of merchandise shipped by AmpliVox shall be transferred to the buyer upon delivery to a bonafide common carrier & AmpliVox will not be held liable for any loss or damage thereafter.

The recipient must make claims for loss or damage of merchandise in transit within 5 days with the freight carrier. Loss or damage in transit shall not constitute a reason for non‐payment of invoice covering said merchandise.
