General Warranty Information

ELECTRONICS - S805A, SW805A and SW915 are backed by our 6-Year Limited Warranty on parts and labor.

WOOD & LAMINATE LECTERNS: are backed by our 6-Year Limited Warranty covering against manufacturer’s defects.

ALL OTHER PRODUCTS: Acrylics, accessories, contemporary lecterns, CD players, cassette players/recorders, megaphones, school products are backed by a One Year Limited Warranty – please call for details.

Exclusions:

Our warranty does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear (nicks, dents, scratches, gouges and flaws resulting from), which is to be expected over the course of ownership
• Defects or damage due to accident, alteration, abuse, misuse, dropping, natural disaster, neglect, or failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance
• Modifications or attachments to the product that are not approved by AmpliVox Sound Systems
• Product, and/or components that have been installed or repaired by parties other than AmpliVox Sound Systems
• Products that were not installed, used or maintained in accordance with product instructions and warnings
• Products used for rental purposes
• Natural wood characteristics such as mineral streaks, knots, grain variations and normal differences between actual product and samples are not considered manufacturers defects
• Oral or written statements made by AmpliVox Sound System dealers, distributors, agents, or sales representatives that are inconsistent with this Warranty are not certified by AmpliVox Sound Systems and have no force or effect.

We warrant to the original purchaser the AmpliVox product packed with this certificate to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service, and we will, within six years from date of purchase, repair or replace at our option, without cost to the owner, any part, assembly, or portion thereof, which our examination shall disclose to our satisfaction to be defective. This warranty does not apply to a unit which has been subject to alteration, accident, misuse, battery leakage, abuse, floods, or fire. Note: This warranty covers the repair or replacement of defective parts only, received at our factory or authorized service station, and does not in any way imply that the manufacturer will absorb field repairs and/or field labor costs.

You will bear the cost of shipping the product to AmpliVox. If the product is covered by the warranty, AmpliVox will bear the cost of shipping product back to you after the completion of service under this warranty.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and no representative or person is authorized to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of our products. In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for damages for a breach of warranty in an amount exceeding the purchase price of the alleged defective equipment.

Procedure: Call 1-847-498-9000 for authorization number. If factory adjustment is required, the equipment should be positively identified with your name and address on an attached tag or sticker. Pack carefully in an adequate shipping carton, send per instructions to the factory address shown, with description of the defect.
